Erin Dee has worked in financial services for the last 15 years, with a focus on mortgage banking operations. From her early days as a mortgage underwriter, to her most recent experience developing growth strategies for mortgage banking firms, Erin has always been passionate about developing highly efficient processes.  Erin’s approach of “finding a need and filling it” has given her many opportunities to branch out and learn several different facets of mortgage banking, including secondary marketing, LOS administration, compliance, training and operations management.  

 

In addition to her work in mortgage banking, Erin has dedicated her time to giving back to the mortgage industry by participating in local, state and national industry advocacy groups and completing the MBA’s Future Leaders program.  

 

Erin lives in Austin, TX and enjoys traveling whenever possible.  She is an avid runner and has also volunteered for Austin’s no kill animal shelter, Austin Pets Alive. Erin earned her B.S. in Finance with University Honors from the University of Central Florida, and her M.B.A. in Finance from Nova Southeastern University.
